September marks the start of a new school year. This can be nerve-racking at the best of times. This year, young people have the added difficulty of returning to school after a prolonged absence from school during an unprecedented crisis. To help them manage this transition our qualified therapists have put together a toolkit to help young people transition back to school in the healthiest way possible.
