Fundraising Coordinator

Deadline: Friday 6th June
Location: Remote, (with access to regular office space and quarterly collaboration sprints in Kings Cross, London)
Salary: £32,000 – £34,500 per year
Contract type: Permanent, FTE, 37.5 per week

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Fundraising Coordinator to join our small but mighty fundraising team at a crucial period for the organisation as we find ourselves in the midpoint of our strategy period.

About the Role:
As Fundraising Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and growing income from trusts and foundations. You’ll be responsible for researching prospects, writing compelling applications, managing donor relationships, reporting, and supporting donor engagement. You’ll also contribute to our fundraising strategy and cross-team collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with excellent writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in trust fundraising and using CRM systems is a plus.

After nearly five years in the role, our Head of Fundraising is moving on. Over the past two consecutive financial years, we have raised approximately £1 million – primarily through trusts and foundations, corporate donors, and individual supporters. As the successful candidate, you and the team you lead will play a pivotal role in maintaining this level of fundraising success, ensuring our vital work with young people continues to flourish.

The Role: We are looking for someone with a strong track record in fundraising and grant management, who is particularly motivated to join Khulisa because of a deep commitment to our mission – supporting the wellbeing and mental health of young people. The post holder will be required to work from home permanently but be willing and able to easily travel to various locations as necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role and to engage with stakeholders and colleagues.

Associate Facilitator - Freelance vacancies

Role Type: Freelance/Contract
Location: London and/or Manchester
Reports into: Khulisa Delivery Programme Manager
Pay: £100 – £250 per day, depending on numbers of hours training completed. All time spent in training on Khulisa’s methodology will be paid.
